If this is available year-round, why can't I add it to my auto-shipment?

I think I worded it wrong, I meant as a regular auto-delivery item, not as a one-time purchase. It's still the same as it was when I asked 3 months ago, there's no option to have this flavor auto-shipped, as there is for every other variety I've come across on here.
