I have used this product for many years. I just recently broke my carafe. I am disappointed that it is out of stock at this time. I haven't been able to find a replacement, yet. It's been a long week, whew!! This product has been a special part of my mornings for at least 7 plus years. I am determined to get a replacement carafe. This product survived a kitchen fire 5 years ago and continued to work without any problems!!! I truly beleive in taking care of what takes care of me. I will get a replacement carafe. This product has become a part of my life that I can depend on no matter what. Thanks, Gevalia. Please help me continue my enjoyment of a great cup of java each day.

I too had broken my carafe and when I called they were out of stock and said that I would have to keep calling in to see if or when they had more I was ready to throw out the coffee maker. but I did find a conpatiable one that works just fine can't say what brand or were I got it but if you look on line you will find it to thats how I found it.
