There are a couple of things you should know about me and coffee:
I am a blend kind of guy. There is nothing wrong with single-bean coffee, but I prefer coffees from all over, merged together in my cup.
Also, I am not a fan of Columbian, as I find it is too bold and overwhelming for my tastes. I want to enjoy a cup of coffee, not go to war with it.
That being said, I took advantage of this Columbian coffee. Well, this coffee smells magnificent. I was pulling people in from all over to just take in the fragrance as it brewed.
When I had my cup, I was pleasantly surprised. It still had all the hallmarks of Columbian coffee and what makes it distinctive, but it was calmed down just enough that I could enjoy the flavor and not get overpowered by it. Oh, it is still Columbian, have no fear of that. It's just that it was more than mere Columbian,
Personal Prejudice: Columbian is not my favorite coffee, but I am willing to make an exception for this one. It certainly makes the day better as it goes along and I would even consider having a second cup, as it really hits the spot. If only I could say the same for my football team. Well, I have my coffee.
Yes, I recommend this product.

My brother fancies himself a coffee connoisseur and that he knows good coffee from bad. He also has the K-Cup system, but I noticed that he wasn't drinking what I felt was 'good' coffee. I have always personally enjoyed Gevalia, so I gave him this Signature Blend in Decaf.
Well, he initially turned up his nose at it. "Decaf?" he snorted. "I like REAL coffee." Well, I got him to try a cup, stating that if he really, REALLY didn't like it, I would go out and buy whatever he preferred.
He poured his cup and went out onto the back porch to have it. And I waited. And waited. And waited. I waited a long time. Was he eaten by a bear? Did space aliens abduct him? Could the circus be in town?
I peered out to see him drinking the coffee. When I asked him how he liked it, he said "I can find a use for it."
OK, you need to understand that he would never EVER admit that he was wrong in a decision, especially to me. If he truly disliked it, we would have been at the local store in nine minutes to get something else.
I personally made a cup for myself and it was what I have always come to expect from Gevalia: a marvelous coffee that turns drinking it into a wonderful experience.
I have since heard that he completely blitzed though the box in about a week, having two or three in a day. I guess he really did find a use for it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

How much caffeine is in the signature blend k-cups?

Caffeine content also depends on how "bold" the coffee is. If we take it across the whole spectrum, coffee contains between 75 and 150 mg. of caffeine per 8 oz. cup, depending on the roasting strength and other factors. It is difficult to measure the nutritional content of coffee, because it varies depending on many things. Generally, the darker the coffee is roasted, the less caffeine it contains.

Almost all decaffeinated coffees still contain some caffeine. The international standard by which decaffeinated coffee is characterized is by having at least 97% of the caffeine removed. Decaf coffee should fall somewhere in the range of 2 to 4 mg. per 8 oz cup.
