I've been drinking DARK ROAST for about 20 years. It has body and strength, but is smooth with no bitterness. It is the only coffee I drink at home. The gourmet and chain coffee houses seem to believe that coffee should smell and taste like burnt toast. I've tried other blends of coffee, and Gevalia DARK ROAST is the only coffee I buy.
Yes, I recommend this product.

QUESTION ABOUT GEVALIE PODS

I HAVE A KEURIG ONE SHOT COFFEE MAKER, IS THERE AN ITEM THAT I CAN BUY THAT WILL MAKE IT COMPATIABLE TO GEVALIA COFFEE PODS WITHOUT BUYING ANOTHER COFFEE MAKER?
Yes, I've been using a Keurig too, for about 5 years. They make a plastic K-cup that you fill will loose coffee and put in the machine. I use the small (lowest volume) setting so the coffee comes out stronger.
The only downside is that you have to rinse the K-cup afterwards, but it does mean there's no wasted plastic going into a landfill.
