what degree of roast are your various coffees?

I was formally in the coffee business, as a quality control manager and taste tester. I find that I cannot locate a coffee that has the right degree of roast. All the coffees are roasted way too much. Fine Colombian or Central American coffees are burned beyond recognition. Even coffees that are described as light roast are too highly roasted. Just wondering if you give coffee the respectful roast it deserves.

Discontinued coffees

You gave the generic answer above. Please explaine, WHY are you discontinuing selling ALL MY favorites, and your 5 star coffees? This includes Costa Rica Peaberry and African Moon. I am truly disappointed.
Thank you for asking. Our beans come from all over the world and variations in crops year to year or high demand for certain beans can affect our ability to deliver the best coffee year after year. This was a factor in the decision to discontinue some of our selections. Have a great day.

Why is Royal Vinter being discontinued??

It is my most favorite and have been drinking it for years. It was most exciting when it became part of your regular offerings not just a flavor for the holiday season. This is so disappointing. Wish I realized this before your current stock was depleted...........Would you consider bringing it back as a limited edition?

Why does my coffee maker leak water

I prepare my coffee maker the nigh before to brew in the morning. During thr night it leaks. I must put a towel under it. I do not over fill it. What can I do.

water dispensing

I currently have a Gevalia coffee maker. The problem with it is when the hot water is dispensed, the water flows down the side of the filter and the 34 filter collapses leaving an undrinkable and wasted pot of coffee.

How does the coffee canister close and how does the water dispense to avoid this?
