Replacement Carafe for Gevalia Stainless Steel 12-Cup
Can you give me a location where i can pickup the replacement carafe?
Do you have sampler packs? I need to find a full bodied bold, but smooth coffee. At present I prefer Coffee House Extra Bold
I was a regular Gevalia coffee drinker, but have not ordered in many years. I prefer a bold, strong (not bitter) coffee. That is why I am asking if you have sampler packs so that I can find one that I like. Most coffees are too weak.

With notes of nuts - what nuts are used in the House Blend?
On the description written on the side of the package of House Blend - it states a wonderfully balanced cup with notes of nut and cocoa... What nuts are used?
Is there a specific order in which I should add the coffee, syrup, and milk?
We recommend the following. However, you can do it either way.
1.Place your desired 12 fl oz mug on the cup stand.
2.Shake the flavored Chocolate Syrup T DISC and insert it into the brewer first; when the green Auto light comes on, press the button.
3.When the orange Stand-by light displays, replace the Syrup T DISC with the Espresso T DISC; wait for the green Auto light, and press to start.
4.Watch as the mug fills, then enjoy a delectable, chocolaty treat.

Please, decaf in K cups!
Or at least tell us how much to use to make our own successfully, though it is a real pain to do so. Until you get them, you've lost my business. Kraft is big enough to provide these and be responsive to our question!
