I like my coffee maker but recently it is very slow. Up to an hour for 8 cups. I have used several vinegar rinses but it didn't help

removable filter basket

I brought this product used and it didnt come with the removable filter basket. How can I order one?

When will the be OFF of back order.

I ordered this in 2014 and was on back order then. I cancelled my order in late Jan or early Feb. would like to order it again but it is still on B.O. When do you expect to have it in stock.????????? Please send me some info.

does the filter basket have an O ring inside the basket where the coffee runs into the carafe?

So, after 15-20 years of getting coffee in bean form, not ground, we cannot get "SPECIAL EDITION PAPUA"? DO I NEED TO LOOK AT ANOTHER COFFEE SOURCE?

What are the measurements of this product. Height? Width at top? Width at bottom?

I have the older version of these mugs. Love them and use every day. I make a thermas of coffee and keep my mug on a candle warmer. Tall and slim they have less air surface and stay hot longer. But they are a half inch to tall to fit under my Keurig when time is short. A little shorter mug might just be perfect.
We are delighted to hear you are happy with your Gevalia mugs! Regarding your question on the Ceramic White mugs, the height is 4 3/4 , width top 3 1/2 ,bottom 2 1/2 and the width at the widest part of the handle is about 5 inches. Thanks for reaching out!

Is this compatible with a Keurig K70/K75 Platinum brewer?

Why can't i select auto ship

When I go in and select my decaf Kcups, I change the amount to 2 pkgs but I still don't get the option to set up auto ship. what do I need to do?

How do I clean the grinder?

I don't have the manual for the grinder, so I don't know how to clean it. I don't see the manual online to download. Can you help?
Hi Kimibe, I was able to obtain Cleaning/Storage Instructions for your Burr Grinder.

1. Before cleaning, unplug the Grinder from the power outlet.
2. Wash the Collection Chamber and Lid in warm soapy water, rinse and dry. Do not use a dishwasher.
3. Clean the Bean Chamber with a brush to remove any residual coffee and wipe with a soft clean cloth. Clean the burrs with a brush and make sure to lock the Grinding Wheel securely (turn couterclockwise) before using again. Remove residual grinds from the coffee chute above the Collection Chamber with a small soft brush or pipe cleaner to prevent particles from building up and cloggng the unit.
4. The Grinder body may be wiped with a damp cloth. Never use any cleaners with a strong scent since coffee will absorb such odors.

There are two different mugs called Gevalia Artisan mugs. More info please on the sizes.

One is taller with a white handle and one is squat with a blue handle. After reading all the Q&A's I think people were answering about both. But Gevalia's answer fit the short squat version. Does the tall one exist? What size is it?
