I have had mine 7 yrs and it still makes a whole pot just fine. So easy to use and the automatic timer is fabulous. Set it and forget it, wake up and I have a hot pot of coffee. Easy to use and makes any amount perfectly everytime.
I don't understand the comments that people can't pour the water in. Really? Come on it is basic, Its not rocket science.
If you can't pour water in this maker then I can't even imagine what else you have trouble with.

how do I set the coffee maket to come on
Easy, press and hold the hour button to your desired time and then press the minute button. Press the start button for auto and your all set.
