This is the first time ever trying white tea. I have no other brand to compare it to.
This tea was to weak in taste for me, however it had a nice flavor. My personal taste is I like strong flavored tea.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This is a nice Earl Grey tea, I have tried many brands of Earl Grey, I would say the Gevalia is a slightly weaker than some brands but still delicious full flavor if you enjoy Earl Grey varietal. What I do is use 2 tea bags at a time because my mug is a little over size and my personal taste is I enjoy strong flavor teas.
Yes, I recommend this product.

how many grams of coffee does it hold

how many grams of coffee does the scooper hold?
The standard measurement of the bowl on a coffee scoop is (1 level tablespoon), other conversions are (3 teaspoons), (half ounce .5) and (15ml) I don't know the conversion of grams.

What is the length of the scoop?

This Stainless scoop is 6 1/2 inches, what I would consider standard. The bowl also holds the standard measurement of 1 level Tablespoon.

How many scoops do I use with this stainless scoop with a 12 cup coffee maker

The answer to your question would determine on your taste. I personally like mild to medium flavor, so I use 4 scoops for 12 cups just alittle higher than level scoop. However if you like more robust flavor you may consider 4 heaping scoops. It is simply a matter of personal taste. Another thing to consider is different coffee beans have different level of flavors, from mild to very robust. Read the description of any particular bean type on the packaging or website.

Hope this helps some"
