am guessing there are 4 cups, 4 saucers, one tea pot with lid, one sugar, and one creamer with lid; what are the other two pieces?

No, there are 6 cups and 6 saucers as well as the rest.

More an annoyance than a question

I recently received my 15-peice tea set, but it is stamped all over the box an boxed accessories that it is a "coffee set." I purchased this as a gift for someone who wanted a tea set and I feel I will look a bit rude when I present, instead, a "coffee set."
I just recently received my set and it looks nice. It could be either or. What is a tea set supposed to look like as opposed to a coffee set? Don't worry about it ,the set looks good. Your friend should be happy otherwise let her pick the set she wants.
